 I have recently had a Frame TV installed by this company and was very pleased with the outcome. The tech. guys were very professional in all aspects. The set itself was wall mounted onto a newly wall papered wall. There were no hand marks, scratches or tears in the paper after the TV was mounted. The job was completed in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves. Their manner was friendly and helpful. They also explained how it all worked with the austar and gave us a couple of "how to" lessons. In particular---they were patient and understanding of the fact that we are older and somewhat technically challenged!

The response when I phoned was courteous, informative and helpful. The technician turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained what it was. The new antenna, splitter and booster block were carried in the van and the job was completed in no time. The television was re programmed and the picture is perfect. The 12 month warranty was explained and payment was made easy using Eftpos and the the Tax Invoice and the Signal Test Report was emailed to me within the hour. We would certainly recommend your service
